She is survived by: her children, Misty Gail Stephens of Stamper, Tiffany Baird (David) of Lenoir City and Kelly Stephens of Arlington Heights, Illinois; her grandchildren, Dakota Pierce, Alyssa Pierce and Bentley Baird; her great grandchildren, Lynleigh Phillips, Silas Phillips, Sutton Pierce and Sayler Pierce; her siblings, Larry Bentley of Garrett, Bonnie Clark of Wayland and Connie Slone (Bobby) of Wayland, Kentucky; and her extended family, Jessica, Anthony, Steven Unia and Teresa.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
