Combs of Wayland, Kentucky; her siblings, Donald Phillips of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, Daniel Phillips of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee and Sandra Kidwell of New Tazwell, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Kaydence, Devon, Mason, Paxton, Skyler, Gavin and Aiden.
