He was predeceased by: his father George Henry Jarrell Sr. George. He is survived by: his mother Helen Jarrell; his wife Samantha Jarrell; his children, Seth Ryan Jarrell (Lauren) of Prestonsburg, KY, Amanda Sue Jarrell of Georgetown, KY and Summer Rena Jarrell of Paintsville, KY; and his sister Melinda Jarrell Cantrell of Morehead, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
