He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Cook of Fulton, Glen Anthony Cook of San Diego, Gerald Lee Cook of Ventress, Jeffery Lynn Cook of Baton Rouge, William Louis Meaux of Leesville, Cynthia Joan Brandon of Martin and Loretta Kay Robillard of Morganza; and his brother Danny Lee Cook of Water Valley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
