He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Fuller and Ola Mae Pruitt Fuller; his son Brian Polsgrove; and his brothers, Terry L. Fuller, William Stallins Fuller and James "Jimmy" Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jackson Fuller; and his children, Billy Joe Fuller of Crutchfield, KY, Joy Rose of Water Valley, KY and Cory Polsgrove of Fulgham, KY.
