He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Williams and Alice Reilly Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Williams of Smithland; his sister Dianna Ward of Mayfield; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Parks, Patsy Daniel, Krista Ellegood, Tina Rishaw, Angela O'Neil, Craig Russell and Anderson Moyers.
