She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Wayne" Giltner; her daughter Jackie Sue Showalter; and her siblings, Louise Elder, Jessie Hodge, Jr. and Tommy Hodge.

She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Lee (Lisa) and Jessie Darrell Carrier (Kristi); her siblings, Leon Hodge and Tammy Thacker; her grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan, Jonathon, Matthew, Joshua, Hannah Carrier, Cheyenne and Cody Homuth; and her great grandchildren, Jason, Isaiah, Daniel, Jonah, Natalie Carrier and Liam Homuth.
