He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Gladish and Gertrude Gladish (Spray); his sister-in-law Marla Gladish; and his granddaughter Kaylee Jo Gladish. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gladish of Petersburg; his sons, Jared Gladish (Angie) of Boonville, IN and Eric Gladish (Sara) of Vincennes, IN; his grandchildren, Morgan, Mason Gladish, Taylor, Braelyn and Jaxon Gladish; and his brother Dave Gladish of North Port, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Gladish family has requested memorial contributions be made in Terry's name to Pike Animal Welfare Shelter, 4224 N. Meridian Rd., Petersburg, IN 47567.
