He is survived by: his wife Kathy Summitt; his children, Amber Adcock (Faith), Katrina Smith (Anthony) and Griffin Summitt; his mother Elaine Armstrong; his siblings, Lisa Reed (Harold), Cathy Cress (Denny) and George "Chris" Armstrong; his grandchildren, Jayden and Destiny; his parents-in-law, Greg and Anita Crenshaw; his brothers-in-law, Dustin and Scott Crenshaw; and his pet Tyson.
