Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shelbi Renee Isabel of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 23, on January 27, 2022. She was predeceased by: her grandfather David Smothers; and her great-grandparents, Geneva Otto, David and Edith Isabel. She is survived by: her children, Wilder and Lydia Allgeier; her parents, Laura Rambo (Jason) and Ronald Isabel; her sister Nikole Isabel (Kia); her stepbrother Charles Rambo; her grandparents, Carlene Smothers, Marie McQuilling and Norman Junker (Cheryl); and her nieces and nephews, Astraea and Boone. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, extended family and many friends.
