He is survived by: his daughter Sierra Dawn Sherrard; his mother Carol Payton; his stepfather James Payton; his father Terry Sherrard; his siblings, Jessica Sherrard, Kasie Spencer and Michael Sherrard; and his grandmother Betty Logsdon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and extended family.
