He is survived by: his wife Janice Higgs Parr; his children, Loretta Jewell Anita (David) and Ronald Parr; his siblings, John Parr, Barbara Wyles (Joe) and Rosa Allison (Jim); his grandchildren, Cody Jewell, Clint Jewell (Haleigh), Danielle Jump (Anthony), Ashley Montgomery (Justin Ferriell), Casey, Brooke Montgomery, Katelyn and Carissa Parr; and his great grandchild Connor Jump.
