She was predeceased by: her parent Juantia Downey (Yates); and her siblings, James Downey and Willetta Kendall. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Mertz (Steve), Jeanie Perry (Scott), Debbie Gulley (Steve), Pam Frazier (Tony) and Bo Clark (Susan); her stepdaughter Teresa Sanders; her husband James "Jack" Sanders; and her sisters, Vickie Gill (Mike) and Heather Richardson (Billy). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
