It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morgan Nicole Lewis of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Russell and Isabell Lewis; her great-grandparents, Jim and Camille Phelps; and her cousin LeeAnn Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Braylen, Cooper and Alice; her parents, Laura Thurman (George) and Troy Lewis; her brother Dylan Lewis (Chasity); her stepsister Destiney Crump; and her grandparents, Terry Morgan, Karen Brand (Tim) and Ann Thurman. She is also survived by dog, Bear; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
