He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mudd and Nellie Mudd; his brother Howard Mudd; and his brother-in-law Chester Bennett. He is survived by: his significant other Gloria Roggenkamp Mudd; his daughter Ashley Lewis (David); his stepson Eric McCawley; his grandchildren, Blake Lewis, Chase Lewis, Elliot Mudd, Reece Mudd, Kaden McCawley, Kylie McCawley and Nolan McCawley; and his sisters, Joyce Bennett, Kathleen Chandler, Glenda Triplett (Gary) and Marli DeWitt (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
