She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh McDonald; her parents, William E. Calvert and Anna Calvert; and her brothers, Bobby, Raymond and James Calvert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Swearingen-Roby (Wayne) and Mary Ann Pennington; and her grandchildren, P. A. White, Leslie Fox and Cliff Pennington. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
