He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cullen and Lavene Cullen (Lamb); his wife Joyce Hinton; his siblings, Marian Moser and Harry Lane Cullen; and his grandson William Drew Cole.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Stephen Cullen (Sharon) of Washington, Charlotte Hatfield of Evansville, IN and Dr. Timothy Cullen (Julia) of Blanchard, OK; and his grandchildren, Chadwick Cole, Lindsay Levisay, Jennifer Boyd (Greg), Dr. Amy Archer (Aaron) and Daniel Cullen (Carol Ann). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (2020 State St, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
