He was predeceased by: his father Leon Noel. He is survived by: his mother Reba Maddox; his son Kevin Hellums; his brothers, Bobby and Troy Maddox; his aunt Judy Hardin; and his nephew Ryan Maddox. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
