She is survived by: her spouse Arley Glenn Hayes; her children, Carl Douglas Leedy (Vicki) of Key Largo, Jeffrey (Linda), Leedy of Yacolt, Washington, Susie Hayes, Tabitha Cook (Dave) and Bonita Aertz (Darryl); and her sister Jackie Wright of Bristol, Tennessee.
