He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Lentz; his parents, John W. Lentz and Mary Lucille Lentz; and his brother Jimmy Lentz. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Figg (Jeff) and John David Lentz (Theresa); his siblings, Mary Deaton, Brenda Dawson (Bill), Joe (Sandy) and Brad Lentz (Beverly); his sister-in-law Linda Lentz; his grandchildren, Dana, Justin, Megan, Kali, Jessica and April; and his great grandchildren, Timothy, Gena, Mason, Amelia, Atlas, Jackson and Hailey.
