He is survived by: his mother Vicky Gaines (Jim) of Nicholasville, KY; his son Jamyz Bourdon of Eddyville, KY; his sister Tara Moore (James Paris) of Princeton, KY; his nephews, Austin Litchfield, Colin Moore, Christopher and Charlie Paris; and his great-nephew Carter Moore.
