She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Frankum and Brenice Frankum (Hayes); and her siblings, Mary Mattingly, Carl and Donald Frankum.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Schwibbe of Wheatland; her children, Troy Schwibbe (Lisa) of Montgomery, IN and Pamela Powell (James) of Hobe Sound, FL; her grandchildren, Joshua Powell (Mamie), Bethany Peters (Darin) and Natalie Schwibbe; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Peters and Willow Powell.
The Schwibbe family has requested memorial contributions be made to Oak Grove Church in Reeve Township.
