He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Curtsinger and Della Curtsinger; and his siblings, Cora Mae Wilson, Mary Dillander, Dorothy Parsley, Ollie Ray, Gilbert, Bobby Curtsinger, Edward Lamb and Charlie Pilkerton.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Curtsinger; his sons, Thomas (Melissa), David (Melissa) and Darrell Curtsinger (Erin); his siblings, Herman Curtsinger (Francis) and Evelyn Garland; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Faye Curtsinger, Kelli Leino, Amanda Curtsinger, Brittany, Christy, Tammy and Adam Tyler Curtsinger. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers in his memory are suggested to be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
