He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Richard and Lena Crowe Offutt; his wife Wanda; and his siblings, Mary Jo Fowler of Lem, R. C., John Will, Ray and Levi Offutt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Lee Mitchell (Randy) and Robbin Offutt; his nephews, David King, Billy Joe Fowler (Judy), Kenny Ray Offutt, Jackie Offutt and Rob Offutt; and his cousin Pauletta Offutt Kutter (John).
