He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Nellie Turner Sr.; and his brother George "Rick" Turner. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waller Turner; his children, Boyce Turner (Mandy), Debbie Lynch (Scott), Stephanie Brian (David) and Sean Turner (Lisa); and his sisters, Jeannie Carter (Terry), Susie Adams and Nancy Brown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
