He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Sullivan and Norma Sullivan; and his brother Michael Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his children, Frank Sullivan Jr. (Kimberly), Robin Fell (Charlie), Veronica Sullivan-Frederick (Jeffrey) and Kelly Lewis (Trev). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
