He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Ashe and Sydney Ashe; and his daughter Sheree Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean Ashe; his children, Karen Foster, Donna Thompson (Ronny) and David Ashe; and his grandchildren, Devan Griffin, DeAndra Hurley (Roger), Lindsey Boone (Forest), Courtney Harris (Adam), Taylor Ashe, Tye and Joey Mattingly. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
