It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwina Cook of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Cook; her parents, Sanford B. Butler and Lucille Butler; and her siblings, Mae Vance, John Allen, Paul Hubert and Stanley Lee Butler.
She is survived by: her children, James William, Leon Cook (Linda), Sherry Stuart (Tom) and Marla Moreno (Frank); her sisters, Wanda Rice and Shelia Allen; her grandchildren, Tammy Cook, Billy Cook, Justin Cook, Tina House, Zachary Cook and Christopher Moreno; and her great grandchildren, Kai Moreno, Madison House, Kennedy Moreno, Kalum Moreno, Wesley House and Westin Cook.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington.
