It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Jean Thackston of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Michael Thackston. She is survived by: her children, Earl, Charles, Teresa and Jesse Sharp Jr.; her stepchildren, Richard Jr., Joseph, Nathan and Melissa Ann Thackston; and her brother Benjamin Price. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
