She is survived by: her son Nick Hawkins (Pam); her siblings, Linda Miles, Darlene Vowels, Darrell and Dennis Hornung; her grandchildren, Alexia Higginbotham, Faith Frazier, Brandon Hawkins, Tyler Hawkins and Brooke Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Frankie and Jude Hawkins.
