He was predeceased by: his wife Izetta Bland; his parents, Delmar Bland and Millie Bland; and his brother Lynwood Bland. He is survived by: his children, Robin Wimsatt, LaTanya Bland and Michael Bland; and his siblings, Brenda Eastridge, Janet Wesley, Joyce Sprague and Donnie Bland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
