He was predeceased by: his parents, Woody Parrish and Lucille Parrish; and his siblings, Hubert, Bonnie Travis and Judy Hayden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kassie Parrish (Perry) and Kelci Bradley (Jacob); his grandson Lucas; his close friend Karen Weber; his friend Kay Mayfield-Parrish; his nieces, Margie McMahan (Dale) and Donna McMahon; and his nephew Eric Hayden (Jennifer). He is also survived by several great nephews and great nieces along with lifelong friends.
Memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to the donor's favorite charity.
