She was predeceased by: her husband James Phelps; her parents, Homer Embry and Edna Embry; and her siblings, Ballard Goodwin, Ken Embry, Hoover Embry, Anita Embry, Melba Handley, Janice Embry and Patricia Kidd.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Brand (Tim), Pamela Hardin (Larry) and Gary Phelps (Judy); her grandchildren, Steve Morgan (Andrea), Laura Thurman (George), Tarah Freant (Scott), Ben Hardin (Sarah Jane), Melanie Ingram (John), Lauren Dupre, Autumn Flowers (Mike), Erin Smith (Joseph), Anna Phelps (Justin) and Seth Phelps; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Morgan Lewis, Emily, Abby Hardin, Kayla DeMar, Jessie Ingram, Daylin, Cooper Flowers, Emma, Danger Smith, Ollie, Houston Winingham, Zane, Reid, Alice Freant and Ashley Kash; her great great grandchildren, Madison and Aubrey Wieber; and her siblings, Bill Embry, Faye Woodcock and Diane Colburn.
Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, all services will be private.
