It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Orlena Smothers of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Ball and Ruth Ball. She is survived by: her husband Roger Smothers; her children, Hope Smothers Simpson and Ron Smothers; and her granddaughter Izabella Simpson. She is also survived by cousins and many friends.
