We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024, at the age of 44, Brandy Moore Rates of Washington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Thurston Moore; and her brother Joshua Moore. She is survived by: her children, Elijah "EJ" Peterson, Braiden Weidauer, Titan Moore and Brooklyn Rates; her mother Teresa Atwood Hartman; her sister Kayla Snider; her grandmother Wanda Britt; and her nieces and nephews, Willow, Grayson and Ariana.
