It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Carol Samuels of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Billy Samuels and David Walker; her parents, James Mudd and Lydia Mudd; and her sisters, Connie Hambleton and Mary Weger.

She is survived by: her sons, Waylon (Lori) and Bill Samuels (Mary Beth); her brothers, James Mudd Jr. and David Mudd; and her grandchildren, Chris, Jordan Samuels, Brandon, Dillon and Emily Samuels. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
