She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Gribbins and Elda Gribbins; and her grandson Derek Henry. She is survived by: her husband John Keown, Jr.; her children, David Owen (Pam), John Keown, III (Becky), Jamie Keown Sanchez (Manuel) and Dana Keown Hazelwood (Larry); and her sister LaVada Giltner. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to either Kosair Charities or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
