We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023, at the age of 78, Barbara Ann Owen of Washington, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Ann Owen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fox and Sarah Fox; and her siblings, J. R., Ernie, Linda, Elizabeth and Shirley.

She is survived by: her husband Glenn Allen Owen; her daughters, Melanie Driscoll (Jeff), Dawn Huot (Jeff) and Andi Duerod; and her sisters, Judy Stephens and Kathryn Lockwood (Ralph). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make all memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
