She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Whitaker and Osa Whitaker; and her husband Russell Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Douglas, Deborah Sue Eakins and Brenda Kay Unser; her stepchildren, Glen Douglas and Sharon Bailey; and her sisters, Carolyn Stock, Donna Stahl and Linda Scott. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church, Mt. Washington.
