He was predeceased by: his wife Ann De Santos; his parents, Leandro Santos and Maria De Santos; and his brothers, John, Armindo and Jose Carlos.

He is survived by: his sons, Arthur De Santos, Michael Lovio (Cheryl) and Mark Lovio; his siblings, Larry, Henry, Phoebe and Rosie; and his grandchildren, Kimberly and Michael Lovio.
