He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Troutman and Alberta Troutman; and his wife Eleanor McFarland Troutman. He is survived by: his children, Jon Layne Troutman, Deanna Gail Dukes (David) and Laura Rideout (Jonathan); his sisters, Verneasa Jasper and Jewell Lutes; and his grandchildren, Will Dukes, Ryan, Abby Troutman, Matthew and Katie Proffitt.
