She is survived by: her daughters, Chelsie Mae O'Connor of Frankfort and Ashley Jean O'Connor of Warsaw; her fiancé Thomas "Tony" Sawyers of Warsaw; and her brothers, Greg O'Connor of Warsaw and Jason O'Connor of Jeffersonville, IN.. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
