He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Wilhoite Howell of Warsaw; his children, Chad Mitchell Howell of Sparta, Andrew Drake Howell (Jamie) of Warsaw, Ashley LaBeth Toler (Chuck) of Warsaw, Laura Nicole Stillwell (Matthew) of Mt. Olivet and Carah LaShae Howell (Andrew) of Warsaw; his siblings, David Howell of Florida, Joey Howell of Crittenden, Sandy Cammack of Crittenden and Patty Downing of Ohio; and his niece Haylei Daulton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
