He is survived by: his wife Sandra Napier; his sons, James Lee Napier (Samantha), Nickolas Napier and Connor Napier; his siblings, Denise Walton, Teri Chapman Bradley (Patrick), Cheri Breedwell-Marin, Terri Morgan (Eugene), Donna Hicks Tilley, Tammy Miller (Wade), Bobby Chapman (Pam) and Jeff Chapman (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Harmony, Harley, Raven and Leonidas. He is also survived by relatives, friends and co-workers.
