He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack P. Ashcraft, Sr. and Carolyn Ashcraft of Taylor Mill, KY.; his wife Melody Ashcraft; his stepdaughter Rhonda Campbell; and his brothers, Joseph Ashcraft and Tracy Ashcraft.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jack P. Ashcraft, Jr. of Erlanger, KY, Linda Lassetter of Middletown, OH and Robyn Casey of Latonia, KY; and his stepsons, Doug Campbell and Dennis Campbell.
