He was predeceased by: his former wife Wilma Jo Myers; his wife Trudy Myers; and his children, Janelle Moellman and Lehman Walton Hollis. He is survived by: his children, David Hollis (Vicki) and Jo Carol Miller; and his brother William Hollis (Linda). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
