She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ruddick and Lillian Quirt Ruddick; her husband Clifton B. Higgins; and her brother Robert Ruddick. She is survived by: her sons, James C. "Clif" Higgins (Jodi) of Powell and Jeffrey Longworth (Dorene) of Davie, Florida; her siblings, James Ruddick (Ontario) of Burlington and Kendra Scharb (Ontario) of Bradfort; her grandchildren, Mandy Higgins (Justin Buck), Katherine Miner (Kevin), Jerrett Longworth and Jenna Longworth; and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Elijah.
