He was predeceased by: his parents, Dilver Forwood and Flora Mae Covington. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Ann Tipton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garnett-New Funeral Home (108 E Main St, Warsaw, KY 41095). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
