She is survived by: her sons, Robert Russell of Covington and Phillip Russell (Debra) of Covington; her daughter-in-law Shirley Russell of Falmouth; and her siblings, Elmer Powers of Union, Christine Powers of Taylor Mill and Pauline Effers of Cincinnati. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
