She is survived by: her son Dennis; her daughter-in-law Kelli Boaz of Warsaw; her grandson Tyler Boaz (Crystal); her great grandchild Everleigh Anne Boaz of Warsaw; her granddaughter Samantha Bray (Nathan); her great grandchild Larkyn Olivia Bray of Warsaw; her granddaughter Deborah Boaz; her great grandchild Christopher Wade Robinson; and her brother Lonnie Poland of Glencoe.
